What is green archers?

Green Archers is the official men's basketball team of De La Salle University in the Philippines. The team is part of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) and has won nine championships since the league's inception in 1938.

The team is known for its distinctive green and white colors and is one of the most popular and successful college basketball teams in the Philippines. Some of the notable players who have played for the Green Archers include Renren Ritualo, Jeron Teng, and Ben Mbala.

Aside from basketball, the Green Archers also field teams in other sports such as football, volleyball, and tennis. The team's name and mascot, an archer in a green outfit, symbolize the university's values of academic excellence and sportsmanship.
